Return & Refund Policy – ALSAADI ESSENZA

At ALSAADI Essenza, we pride ourselves on delivering premium fragrance products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, returns are strictly handled under the following guidelines to ensure fairness and quality.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery if:

The product arrived damaged.

You received the wrong item.

The product is leaking or broken during shipping.

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind.

Dislike of fragrance.

Opened or used perfumes.

Opened tester kits.

Products without original packaging.

Proof Requirement

To ensure a smooth return process:

Customers are requested to record a video while opening the parcel.

Share photos/videos of any damage or incorrect items.

Claims without proper proof may not be approved.

Return Timeline

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Once approved, items must be shipped back within 48 hours.

Courier delays are not the customer’s responsibility; the return approval date and dispatch date are considered, not the date we receive the parcel.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be:

Unused.

Unopened.

In original packaging.

With all seals, labels, and boxes intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Easypaisa / JazzCash).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available if the item is:

Damaged.

Defective.

Incorrect.

To request an exchange, contact us with:

Order number.

Photos or unboxing video.

Description of the issue.
